Ever Wondered What will Google do after Android Z ? I did so ! To answer this question, phonearena did a small survey and the results are interesting. Google’s Android L is still on the rolling stage where most of the users are waiting for the update. Few weeks back Google released Android M ( M stands for ? we need wait a bit more ) which is the improved version of L.
To remind the users, Google name its Android Versions by alphabetical order. The trend started with A for Alpha, B for Beta, C for Cupcake …………… L for Lollipop which are named after popular dishes around the world. As there are only 26 alphabets which ends with Z and we are wondering what will happen after Android Z.
So we can consider three options 1) Google will find another naming scheme 2) Google will again start from A and 3) Android itself will be renamed. Poll results suggest 53.31% of users think that google find some other way to find naming scheme, 21.66% of users think that android itself will be renamed and 18.53% of people pick the second option i.e Google will Start all over A.
If Android itself is renamed then it would be a disaster and possibility is very less. I strongly feel google find another naming scheme or will start all over from A. So we started our own survey to find out what do you think ? Select your desired option and hit on VOTE button.
