Meizu just announced another smartphone to their “E” series, the Meizu E2. It’s the company’s latest smartphone which packs a 3,400 mAh battery.
The Meizu E2 comes with a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080) LCD display. Under the hood, it runs on a MediaTek Helio P20 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm processor clocked at 2.3 GHz with ARM Mali T880 GPU. Alongside that, we get a 3GB LPDDR4X RAM with 32GB storage or 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB storage. Both these variants come with expandable memory slots.
The phone runs on Flyme 6.0 which is based on YunOS. It comes with a 13 MP rear camera with 4-LED dual tone Flash and an 8MP front-facing camera as well. The phone has a fingerprint sensor and comes with Dual SIM capability and supports connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, and GPS + GLONASS. The phone is bumped up with a juice of 3400mAh with fast charging technology which actually charges the phone up to 40% in just 30 minutes as per the company.
The Meizu E2 is priced at Rs. 12,000 approximately for the 3 GB RAM variant whereas Rs. 15,000 approximately for the 4 GB RAM variant. The phone will be available in three colors – Black, Moonlight Silver, and Champagne Gold and will go on pre-ordering today and the sales will officially start from April 29th.
