Xiaomi launched their Redmi 3S and the 3S Prime back in August on Mi website and Flipkart as well. It cost at about Rs. 6,999 for the Redmi 3S and Rs. 8,999 for the Redmi 3S Prime.
Today, Flipkart announces that they’ve sold over 1 Million (10 lakhs) units since they were launched back in August. And according to Xiaomi, they claim that they’ve sold over 2.3 Million (23 lakhs) units in India till now since the launch till September.

Flipkart also tweeted about this today and is running a contest for giving away Rs. 10,000 worth e-gift vouchers to the winners. Flipkart also said that both the phones received tremendous ratings. Currently, both the phones have 4.2/5 stars in the ‘below Rs. 12,000’ segment in smartphones.
