Xiaomi has finally unveiled the Mi A2 and the Mi A2 Lite smartphones in Spain. But they are bringing only the Mi A2 in India, not the Mi A2 Lite. The launch of Mi A2 is confirmed by Xiaomi India’s MD Manu Kumar Jain that the phone is launching on 8th August.
The Mi A2 sports a 5.99-inch FHD+ 18:9 display and it is powered by the Snapdragon 660 SoC. It will be available in three different RAM and storage configurations which are 4GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and the 6GB RAM +128GB internal storage.

The Mi A2 sports a dual camera setup on the rear – 12MP Primary sensor and a 20MP secondary sensor. There is also a front-facing 20MP snapper for selfies. It is backed up by a 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 and runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Mi A2 starts at 249 Euros in Spain which translates to Rs. 20,000 approx. We can expect a slightly lower price from Xiaomi when they bring this device to India.
