Samsung’s Galaxy S9 was speculated to announce at the MWC 2018 from many days. Now, the retail box of their upcoming latest flagship Galaxy S9 has been allegedly leaked with specifications on it. The device has no major changes from last year’s Galaxy S8 in terms of display and design except the fingerprint sensor placement which is going to change a bit, as it was complained by many users of S8.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 is going to have a 5.8-inches curved-edge Super AMOLED Infinity display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It will be powered by Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform or Exynos 9 Series 9810 chipset and is going to be the first device to come in 2018. There would be a slight upgrade in the camera department, as it is going to feature a super-speed Dual-Pixel 12-megapixel camera with OIS with an F1.5/2.4 variable aperture camera. And, on the front, we are going to get an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
The speakers were said to be bad on the Galaxy S8 by the consumers all over the world. Samsung has finally listened to the words of their customers and improved them by the Stereo speakers tuned by AKG and earphones which are also tuned by AKG. Both the S9 and S9+ will be water and dust resistant rated at IP68. There is a 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and support for wireless charging with Iris Scanner on front. The pricing details and device announcement will be revealed at MWC 2018 which is going to be in the month of February.
