OnePlus has launched their latest OnePlus 3T in India recently. The company, on the other hand, is planning to keep its sales strategy up to online only for now. There are no signs of it to be available in the offline retail markets yet.
Recently in an interview with Economic Times, Peter Lau, CEO, OnePlus, said that he expects the company’s sales in India to jump over the next couple of years. He also said that the company is increasing local production gradually. OnePlus had already announced that it will be making the OnePlus 3T in India starting next month.
Last year, OnePlus partnered with Foxconn to boost up their production in local part of the country. Its rivals like Xiaomi and LeEco have already started selling their devices in the offline market as well. It’ll be interesting to see how OnePlus can pop up through its online-only sale strategy.
