After the success of many Moto G series of devices in India. Motorola owned by Lenovo launched its new G series device which is Moto G5S Plus in India. The main improvement here is in the camera department for the first time we see Dual Cameras in the Moto device in India. This is a dual 13-megapixel camera setup at the rear which comes with modes like selective focus mode for portraits, adding blurred background effect, particularly black and white coloring, replace background mode and more.
On the front, the Moto G5S Plus packs a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS LCD screen protected by Corning Gorilla glass. It runs on Snapdragon 625 Mobile Platform coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage which can be expanded via micro sd card. It runs on Android 7 Nougat, but Moto promises that Oreo update will be available soon but not exactly when. On the front, it has an improved 8-megapixel selfie camera with flash. All of this is powered by a non-removable 3000mAh battery which also supports Turbo charging.
This is very much like the old Moto G5 Plus but with the slight improvement in cameras. This is the special edition of Moto G5 Plus. The main highlight is the rear cameras which are dual 13MP cameras in which one of 13 MP is RGB Sensor, and the other one is monochrome which is used to collect depth information and can be used in different types of filters. It also comes with 4G VoLTE, Dual Band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC.
The Moto G5S Plus is just a refresh over original G5 Plus, and it comes in two colors Lunar Gray and Blush Gold. It is priced at Rs. 15,999 and will be available online exclusively via Amazon.in.
