Micromax Bharat 5 Plus with 5.2-inch display and 5000mAh battery goes official

Micromax has been teasing their new smartphone Bharat 5 Plus on all the social networking handles. The smartphone was first listed on their official website and then was officially announced by the company itself. The Micromax Bharat 5 Plus will be priced at a very affordable rate as the segment was announced for bringing budget smartphones to the market.

The Micromax Bharat 5 Plus sports a 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 64GB with a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat. The device also supports dual sim cards with 4G VoLTE.

It features an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter with 83.3-degree wide-angle lens for group selfies. Other connectivity options are 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. Bharat 5 Plus boasts a 5000mAh battery with up to 21 days standby and will also allow the phone to charge other devices using OTG cable.

The Micromax Bharat 5 Plus will be arriving in Black Color. The device is expected to launch in coming few days with pricing details and availability in Retail stores and on e-commerce websites.
