LG K7i launched with “Mosquito Away” technology and 2GB RAM for Rs. 7990

LG has launched their K-series smartphones in India. These devices are mostly going to be budget range smartphones and come with basic specifications. The LG K3 and K4 are expected to be launched but in the mean, while they have launched LG K7i smartphone in the Indian markets as announced. The K7i is different among all the smartphones in the market with one special feature.

The K7i has a Mosquito Away technology, which is its highlighting feature. This feature can be used by an additional rear cover bundled in the box that can be placed on the phone when required – it features a speaker that produces ultrasonic frequencies said to drive mosquitoes away.

The LG K7i sports a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) On-cell Touch IPS display. It is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 32GB via MicroSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and supports Dual Sim cards. It also has a fingerprint scanner sitting on the back. The cameras are of an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. The battery it boasts is of 2500mAh removable.

The LG K7i comes in Brown color with a price tag of Rs. 7990 and will be available in retail stores across India.
