Google DayDream View VR Headset launched in India at Rs. 6499

Google launched their VR headset in India which is the Daydream View. It was launched alongside the Pixel smartphones last year. The purpose of this Daydream view is it gives us an experience of sports, live events and more in full 360° panoramic view.

The headset can also be used to watch movies and play some VR supported games without any interruptions and distractions. The devices which are supported by this Daydream view are Pixel, Pixel XL and Moto Z smartphones. Some other devices, which are also going to get support are Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices.

The Daydream VR also comes with a controller which slides right inside the headset when not in use. This controller is supported in certain apps such as YouTube, Street View, Play Movies and Google Photos.

Let’s check out its build and design. Google said that this particular device is inspired by the clothes and is made with soft, breathable fabric and is designed to fit over eyeglasses. We don’t have to worry about the connectivity because the headset has an auto-alignment system which adjusts the smartphone in it automatically.

Google Daydream View VR headset is available in India with only one colour which is the “Slate” colour variant. It is priced at Rs. 6499 which is a decent price for a VR headset and is available for sale exclusively in Flipkart.
