Xiaomi has officially launched their new smartphone “Mi Max 2”, which is a successor to the Mi Max which was launched last year. Most of the upgrades on the device were done on the inside and come with a huge battery. Design wise this device looks the same as the predecessor but some tweaks have been done to Mi Max 2.
This Mi Max 2 has a giant screen size which is a 6.44-inches Full HD display. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU and packs in with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage. On the rear, it has a 12MP which is a PDAF supported with a dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera.
The battery of this device is a highlight thing to mention, as it comes with a massive 5300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support which can charge the phone in up to 68 percent in just one hour. Xiaomi said that the battery would last for two days on this device.The Mi Max 2 also comes with a added stereo speakers other than the speakers at the bottom of the device.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is going to available in China at a price of CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 16,000) for 64GB variant and CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 19,000) for 128GB variant and is going to be available from June 1 for sale.
