Samsung has started sending out press invites for their most awaited Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. The Galaxy Unpacked event is scheduled to take place in New York on August 9, 2018, at 11 AM ET (8:30 PM IST).
It should be noted that previous reports are correct about the launch date of Galaxy Note 9. It is also rumoured that Samsung will also unveil the Gear S4 smartwatch along with the Note 9 but there is no indication of it in the invite.
The press invite shows off the close-up shot of the S Pen and we are also seeing a dedicated button on it. As the Note series has their signature stylus the S Pen and they already had a button on it. According to some reports, the S Pen will be the key features of the Note 9.
Just a few weeks back we have also witnessed some of the CAD-based renders of the Galaxy Note 9 which shows off a 6.3-inch display and dual rear cameras.
The Note 9 is going to be power by an Exynos 9810 or Snapdragon 845 SoC (depend upon the region), paired with 4 or 4gigs of RAM and will have storage up to whopping 512GB.
Samsung is planning to highlight their AI-powered voice assistant, Bixby 2.0 with Note 9. We will be likely to see the Gear S4 smartwatch and the Galaxy Tab S at the Unpacked event.
