From the recent tweets from Oppo India, it is quite evident that the company is gonna release the R9 which is more focused on “selfies camera” on 5th April, after the release in china on march 24.
The R9’s body is made of metal which houses a 5.5 inch 1080p display beneath that a home button which functions as a fingerprint scanner, the brain of the device is the MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor paired with 700MHz Mali T860MP2 GPU as for storage the phone has 4gb of ram along with 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD, the main feature of this phone the camera on front has 16MP f/2.0 aperture and 78.1-degree wide-angle lens and on back 13MP f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens 80.6-degree wide-angle camera, powering the phone is a 2850mAh battery with VOOC flash charge.
It is expected that the company might also launch the R9 plus which has bumped up Specs compared to R9 (snapdragon 652 chipset and pair of 16 mp camera on front and rear)
