After messing up with OnePlus Two hype, the company is coming up with it’s Mini version of OnePlus. The OnePlus CEO confirms the name as OnePlus X on his Weibo page.
The event will be hosted by Vikas Agarwal, GM of OnePlus India and Co-founder Pete Lau. OnePlus calls it as “Next Big Step” which we aren’t sure what is the Next Big Step? A New Phone? A New Gadget? A New Service?. Most likely we might see OnePlus X might be released in this event at New Delhi, India.
As per rumors, OnePlus X to sport a 5-inch display with 1280*1080 pixels resolution. The phone to be powered by 2.2 GHz MediaTek MT6795 Octacore processor. A 2 GB of RAM is expected along with 32 GB of internal storage. Battery capacity might be over 3000+ mAh capacity.
A 13 MP shooter with dual Tone flash and 5 MP snapper on the front. It is still unclear whether OnePlus X to come pre-installed with Android Marshmallow 6.0 or Android Lollipop 5.1. On the top, it will run on its own Oxygen Os. The device to feature NFC along with UST Type C support. Earlier leak suggests the OnePlus X to come up with Fingerprint scanner. All this features you can expect the phone to be priced under $250.
