ZTE’s sub-brand Nubia just announced their upcoming smartphone which will be the successor to the Z17 and will be known as the Z17 Mini. It’ll be the mini version of the earlier announced Z17.
The Nubia Z17 Mini features a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080) Full HD 2.5D curved glass display. Under the hood, it is powered by an Octa Core Snapdragon 652 on the lower variant and Snapdragon 653 processor on the higher variant along with Adreno 510 GPU on both. The lower variant will be powered by 4 GB of RAM whereas the higher variant will feature 6 GB of RAM and along with that both variants will be coming with 64 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 200 GB via microSD card slot.
The phone will be running on Nubia UI 4.0 which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The Z17 Mini will be coming along with a 13MP (monochrome) + 13MP (RGB) dual rear cameras and 16 MP front camera as well. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, GLONASS, and NFC. Juicing up the phone will be a 2,950 mAh battery.
The Nubia Z17 Mini will be available in China from April 13th. It’ll be priced around RS. 16,000 approximately for the lower variant whereas Rs. 18,000 for the higher variant and will be coming along in four colors – Elegant Black, Black with Gold, Champagne Gold, and Red.
