Nokia 7 Plus with Snapdragon 660 spotted on Geekbench and tipped to launch at MWC

Nokia 7 was launched by HMD Global in China last year. The smartphone was only limited to the Chinese markets and was not available in the Global markets. The Nokia 7 Plus is said to be on the way as the new leaks and rumors suggest with launch event happening at MWC 2018.

The Nokia 7 Plus was spotted on the web revealing its specifications and other details on Geekbench scores. It revealed that the Nokia 7 Plus would be running Android 8.0 Oreo with latest mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset which has 30% higher graphics performance and twice the LTE and Wi-Fi downlink speed compared to previous generation chips.

The device would be having a 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage which is not sure but will have an expandable microSD card slot for expansion. The smartphone would sport a 5.5-6 inches display and would have Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Coming to the camera, it may feature a 16-megapixel sensor with PDAF and Carl Zeiss optics. On the front, it has a 5MP shooter.

Other connectivity features are WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, fast charging via Type C USB. The design is expected to be solid metal and glass design. The device is expected to be launched at MWC 2018 with other flagship devices of Nokia which are rumored such as Nokia 9.
