Last year in September, Huawei announced their upcoming Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus smartphones at IFA 2016 in Berlin. Turns out these are officially official now.
Coming to the specifications, the Huawei Nova 2 comes with a 5-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080) LCD display with 2.5D curved glass protection. Inside the house, we’re able to see Huawei’s own Kirin 659 processor along with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Besides that, it will be running Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 top of it. Turning around we get the dual camera setup including a 12 MP + 8 MP camera which is used for the purpose of optical zoom just like the iPhone 7 Plus. Forget about that anyways, we have a staggering 20 MP front-facing camera which is actually a better selfie camera not like the one on Oppo or Vivo smartphones. Juicing up the cells, we can see is a non-removable Li-Po 2950 mAh battery.
Let’s take a look at the specs of the Nova 2 now. Well, most of the specs are same expect a few ones like instead of 5-inches we get a 5.5-inches 1080p display here. Apart from that, we can see 128 GB of storage and 3,340 mAh battery and obviously a bit more higher pricing.
The Huawei Nova 2 retails for around Rs. 23,000 approximately whereas the Nova 2 Plus retails for Rs. 28,000 approximately, though. Both will come in five colors – grass green, rose gold, gold, aurora blue, and obsidian black. Both the Smartphones will be sold on Huawei’s VMall starting today.
