Huawei announced Y5 with 2GB RAM and 3000mAH battery

Huawei introduced a new smartphone in the ‘Y series’ lineup as Y5. It’s the company’s new budget smartphone. Along with this device, Huawei also launched Honor 8 Pro.

In addition to the power button, there is a separate easy key on the left side of the phone that lets you assign actions such as launching apps for press, double press, and press-and-hold gesture.

This device packs a 5-inch 720p display with 2GB of RAM. And comes with 16GB of internal storage which is expandable with micro sd. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has a 3000mAH battery and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with EMUI 4.1 on top. It has an 8MP auto-focus rear camera with dual LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP front-facing camera with 84° wide-angle lens with LED flash.

Huawei Y5 is available in four color variants- Gold, Pink, Blue, White and Gray colors. Pricing of the device is yet to be decided, stay to our website to know more details.
