Coolpad has launched a sub-10k smartphone in India. Earlier, the Chinese brand offered a high-end Coolpad Max which failed miserably in India. Now, they are back again where they belong i.e budget-oriented smartphones. Coolpad Note 3 Lite was the most successful Coolpad device, Mega 2.5D is just the extension.
Coolpad Mega 2.5D sports a 5.5-Inch 720P display with 2.5D curved glass. It packs 3 GB of RAM with 16 GB of onboard storage and has 32 GB external expandable storage. It is powered by a 1 GHz MediaTek MT6735P Quad-core processor with Mali-T720 GPU.
The Mega 2.5D runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with CoolUI OS 8.0. On the front, it has 8-megapixel selfie camera with 83.6 wide angle lens. The phone flaunts the same 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support. It houses 2500 mAh battery and weighs 143 grams. Other features include dual sim with 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, and GPS.
Coolpad Mega 2.5D is priced at Rs 6999 which will be exclusively available on Amazon.in. The first flash sale will start from August 24th and comes in 3 different colors Gold, Silver, and Champagne.
