Zenfone AR with 8 GB of RAM Launched in India at Rs. 49,999

Asus has been awaiting us for the launch of the Zenfone AR in India. Looks like it might give a though competition to it’s new competitor, the OnePlus 5. Asus Zenfone AR has finally launched in India today at an event in Delhi.

For your memory, Asus Zenfone AR Smartphone comes with a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display. The phone is 8.95-mm thin, and tips the scale at 170 grams. The phone is powered by a 2.35 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor with Adreno 530 GPU and it comes with 6 & 8 GB of RAM. It packs 32GB, 64GB, 128GB & 256 Gb of internal storage which can be expanded to 2 TB via a microSD card. Also, it has the hybrid dual sim slot.

The Asus Zenfone AR runs Android 7.0 Nougat with custom Zen UI 3.0. The main camera is 23 MP Shooter and 5MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. It sports an external five magnet speaker that supports Hi-Res audio and DTS virtual surround sound to deliver the ultimate AR and VR experiences. All this powered by a 3300mAh battery which sports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

The Asus Zenfone is priced at Rs. 49,999 and is available on Flipkart exclusively with bundled offers like 100 GB of additional Jio data with Jio Prime Membership. Along with that, if you buy Google’s Daydream VR you’ll get a discount of Rs. 2,500 as well. The Zenfone AR will go live on Flipkart starting today (13th July) at 4 PM.
