Yu next smartphone Yuphoria to kick start on May 12th. The company trying to compete this phone to Xiaomi Redmi 2. Yu made a dig at Redmi 2 pointing towards the dated version Android Kitkat 4.4. They tweeted “You have got a kitkat why don’t you wait for lollipop” . This clearly shows Yu Yuphoria will compete against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 2.
According to the sources Yu Yuphoria could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quadcore processor. Surprisingly the YU phone might be preloaded with 2 GB of RAM similar to Yureka. Besides this, it will feature 16 GB of internal storage with expandable storage. Yuphoria offers Android Lollipop 5.0 with Cyanogen Mod 12 on the top.
