Xiaomi unveiled their new Mi Bluetooth speaker at an event in India, along with the redmi note 3. The device is made up of metal which is shaped like a cuboid and weighs at 273 grams and also the speaker uses Bluetooth 4.0 for wireless playback through its dual 36mm drivers, which are supposed to give a playback time of 8 hrs before running out of juice from its 1500 mAh battery.
Others features include a sd card slot which allows for direct music playback from the speaker without the need of any smartphone, an inbuilt microphone for receiving calls and a smart feature which automatically pauses the music when the phone receives a call.
The Mi Bluetooth speaker will be available in pink, blue and gold colours coming in at Rs 1999 on Mi.com
