Microsoft Gears Up with Indian Manafucturers to launch Windows phones in India

Windows Phones in India are not that succesfull as Android Phones. The new CEO of Mirosoft Satya Nadella wants improve their market share of Windows phones in India. Microsoft is now partnered with 9 manufaturing Companies in which 2 are Indian brands. Lenovo, ZTE, Gionee, LG, JSR, Longcheer and Foxconn are the non-indian manafuctures to partner with Microsoft.

Microsoft Partners with Xolo and Karbonn to boost their sales in India. The most popular brand Micromax is missing in the list which is quite surprising. Earlier there was a rumour to launch a windows phone by Micromax. In the near we can expect windows smartphone from Micromax. Microsoft ignores top Smartphone giant Samsung which is more surprising. Samsung tried Windows phones which was a disaster. Nokia is the lone windows smartphone manufacturer from past few years. Nokia is slow and steadily boosting their market share of windows phones in India. Microsoft wants to target Indian Consumers by joining hands with Xolo and Karbonn. As we know Xolo is the sub-brand of Lava which is popular for its Xolo Series. In near future don’t get surprise if Xolo and Karbonn launching windows phones. Windows phones will have dual sim support which is a right move by Microsoft. Lets see what will be future of windows phones in India
