Vivo the company known for creating some of the thinnest smartphones in the world has now launched a beast of a smartphone, which is the Vivo Xplay 5 elite coming in as a bumped up version to the standard Vivo xplay 5.
The xplay 5 sets the record of highest ram in any smartphone ever by packing in 6 GB of ram, other specs include the latest snapdragon 820, 128 GB of onboard storage and a 5.3 inch super AMOLED QHD display which is curved on either side like the galaxy s7 edge, all housed in a beautiful unibody metal construction with a fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers and a USB type c port.
For this type of specs, you would expect an off the chart price tag, but Vivo priced the device at standard 650 $, which will give tough competition for other flagships in the market.
For the last few years, there wasn’t much competition for the likes of Samsung, Lg in the smartphone space which made the industry stagnant as the so-called flagship devices had nothing considerable on the midrangers for the price of over 600$ but with the entry of companies like Vivo into the high-end market we expect good competition among the companies to create better and better devices which will be deserving of the flagship name.
Nice lok and smart camera phone vivo
