Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 5 Pro nine months ago and after nine months its successor has arrived. The Redmi Note 6 pro is launched by Xiaomi and looks like it is, not a major upgrade as compared to the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a 6.26-inch Full HD+ display which also comes with a notch. Just like the Redmi Note 5 Pro, it is also powered by the Snapdragon 636 paired with up to 6GB of RAM. It also features Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) slot with Dual 4G VoLTE support. The device runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 8.0 Oreo.
On the camera front, the Redmi Note 6 Pro has a dual rear camera which consists if a 12MP shooter with F1.9 lens and secondary 5MP sensor. Not only that it also has dual front-facing selfie shooters which includes a 20MP primary sensor with f/2.0 lens and a secondary 2MP sensor. The device also has a fingerprint sensor on the back and an infrared sensor. The smartphone is fueled by a 4000mAh with Quick Charge 3.0 support.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro will be available in Black, Blue, Rose Gold, and Red colors. The 4GB/64GB version is priced at Rs. 13,999 and the 6GB version costs Rs. 15,999. But on a special Black Friday sale on November 23, the Redmi Note 6 Pro will be available for a special price of Rs. 12,999 for 4GB version and Rs. 14,999 for 6GB RAM version.
