OPPO is all set to unveil their latest flagship phone Find X on June 19th. But OPPO has confirmed that the phone will bring all the new innovations which they were developing for the past four years.
As we all know OPPO is working for a dual rear camera system which will bring 5X optical zoom to the smartphone. This system has two camera sensors but the main zoom lens uses a periscope structure to divert light 90-degrees through the prism into a hidden telephoto lens to the sensor. According to OPPO, this new camera system is 5.7mm thick, which is 10% thinner than a traditional 2x optical system in a current smartphone.
With new Find X OPPO is also bring the Super VOOC Flash Charge technology which was introduced at the MWC 2016. It is the fastest charging technology that can charge a 2500 mAh battery within 15 minutes. To achieve this OPPO uses their custom super battery and a new low voltage pulse algorithm.
OPPO has already announced the 5G pilot program with Qualcomm and they will be the first one to launch a 5G handset. So we are also expecting some glimpse of 5G in the OPPO Find X.
Earlier OPPO has also demonstrated the 3D portrait image system which uses the portrait information collected from the structured-light 3D camera of an OPPO smartphone and 5G NR terminal prototypes by Qualcomm. It is a groundbreaking technology which was shown just 6 months before. So it might come in future OPPO phones but we might not see in the upcoming Find X.
OPPO will unveil the Find X on 19th June and then we will see what kind of technological innovations it brings.
