OPPO has finally unveiled their latest mid-range smartphone the A5 in China. It is another fullscreen smartphone with a notch at the top and it doesn’t even have a fingerprint scanner.
The OPPO A5 sports a 6.2-inch HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display which has an 87.8% screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 450 14nm Mobile Platform coupled with 4gig of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable by a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with a ColorOS 5.1 skin on top.
In terms of camera, the smartphone has dual rear cameras consist of a 13MPprimary sensor and a secondary 2MP sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie snapper with AI beautify. It is a 4G VoLTE device with dual sim support and backed up by a 4230mAh.
The OPPO A5 will be available in Blue and Mirror Pink colours and it is priced at 1500 yuan (roughly US$ 225 / Rs. 15,530). The phone will be available for purchase from July 13th in China.3th.
