OnePlus is planning to launch the OnePlus 6T soon. But before the official launch, we have already get some of the details of the upcoming device which are provided officially by OnePlus. In a recent video of OnePlus, they teased the OnePlus 6T with an in-display fingerprint scanner which the company calls Screen Unlock.
OnePlus is calling this technology ‘Screen Unlock’ which is much more than an in-display fingerprint module behind the screen. OnePlus is combining the latest hardware with a wide array of software processes so that the in-display fingerprint scanning will work flawlessly. One thing to be noted that the in-display fingerprint scanner uses the same optical fingerprint module which we have already seen in Vivo phones.

According to OnePlus, the inn-display fingerprint scanning will be as fast as the normal scanner and they were developing this technology since the OnePlus 5T and now it has become perfect to be used in phones. To store the fingerprint OnePlus will be using the dedicated ‘Trust Zone’ in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.
OnePlus 6T will soon be unveiled officially by OnePlus then we will have more info.
