OnePlus 3 Discontinues in US and Europe after OnePlus 3T, still Available in India

OnePlus launched the successor to the OnePlus 3 recently, the OnePlus 3T which is a slightly upgraded sibling. But right after the launch of the 3T, the OnePlus 3 went out of stock in the US and Europe and those were the places where the 3T was launched officially.

Without giving any details from OnePlus, it was just made out of stock. But, Android Authority, confirmed from OnePlus itself that the phone will not be sold anymore in the US and Europe anymore. Asking about the availbility of stock back, the OnePlus support replies with, “there are still no specifics on when will it be restocked”.

The OnePlus 3T sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS Optic AMOLED display which was found back in the OnePlus 3 as well. Under the hood, we got a change called Snapdragon 821 processor clocked at 2.25 GHz coupled with Adreno 530 GPU and the same 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It runs on the latest version of Oxygen OS based on Android 7.0 Nougat.

The OnePlus 3 is still available in stock in India at Amazon with both the gold and grey available. But that would be only going on till the launch of Oneplus 3T in India. The OnePlus 3T will be available for sale in United States from November 22 and in Europe from November 28. There still no signs of launch in India yet, though.
