Nokia finally launched its first android phone in Mobile World Congress at Barcelona. Nokia revealed not one but 3 android babies Nokia X, Nokia X+ and Nokia XL. Nokia X series runs on forked version of Android with windows UI interface. As you can see in the images the phone looks like more an windows phone rather than a typical android phone. The worst part is, it cannot support Google play but comes with its own Nokia Android App store. However Nokia X series smartphones supports third party apps. The hardware is not upto the mark but it justifies its price. Nokia X series supports dual sim which is a must for Indian consumers.
Nokia X has windows UI interface that means all the apps are allotted in home screen itself. Icons of home screen can be enlarged according to your preference. Nokia X , X+ and XL are priced at €89 ( Rs 7500 ),€99 (Rs 8400) and €109 ( Rs 9200 ). Lets look at the features of Nokia X, X+ and XL.

Nokia X features 4 inch LCD Screen supporting 800×480 pixels resolution. Nokia X runs on i forked Android Version Similar to Amazon Kindle Fire. The smartphone powers 1 GHz Snapdragon S4 dual core processor. There is only 512 MB laggy RAM with 4 GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone weighs about 128.1 grams and houses 1500 mAh battery giving 10 hours of talktime. Nokia X comes with dual sim supporting 3G,wifi, 3.0 bluetooth and GPS. Nokia X has 3 Megapixel rear shooter and skips front camera. Nokia X will launch first with expected price tag of Rs 7000 to 8000.

Nokia X+ features 4 inch LCD Screen powered by 1 GHz Snapdragon dual Core processor. Nokia X+ is replica of Nokia X except the RAM which is of 768 MB. Expected price in India is Rs 8000 to 9000.
Nokia XL
Nokia XL features bigger 5 inch IPS LCD screen supporting 800×480 pixels resolution. The resolution is dissapointing giving poor user experience. Nokia XL runs on its own Nokia X platform powered by 1 GHz Snapdragon S4 dual Core processor. The RAM is of 768 MB supporting 4 GB internal storage. Nokia XL shoots 5 Megapixel autofocus rear camera and 2 Megapixel front camera. The device houses 2000 mAh battery which can last a day with 2 days standby. Expected price Rs 9500 to 11000.
There will be great competition between Nokia X and Lumia 520
