Nokia 2 with 1GB RAM and Snapdragon 212 launched for 99 Euro

HMD Global has unveiled Nokia’s cheapest phone as per now as Nokia 2. The smartphone was revealed at a metro station in Delhi. There have been many rumors about this smartphone. The Nokia 2 is going to hit the markets from mid-November in online as well as in the offline market.

The Nokia 2 sports a 5-inch HD LTPS LCD In-Cell Touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display protection. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 212 Mobile Platform with Adreno 304 GPU. Coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 128GB via MicroSD card. It runs on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat and Nokia has assured for an update of Android 8.0 Oreo.

Coming to the optics, it has a 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing camera.The design of Nokia 2 is made up of 6000 series aluminum frame and polycarbonate on the back. It is said that the phone is splash proof with IP52 ratings. The battery it boasts is of 4100mAh.

The Nokia 2 will be available in Black, White and Copper Black colors. It will be on sale from mid-November and is priced at 99 Euro which is 7461.53 INR approx. For more updates, stay tuned to Android Junglee.
