Moto introduced their Moto G4 lineup back in May 2016 and if you could remember they also announced Moto G4 Play soon after the announcement of Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus. Today, the company shared on their social media pages that Moto G4 Play will be available in India from September 6th and that too exclusively on Amazon.in.
Moto G4 Play sports a 5-inch HD (1280×720) display and will be powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 (feels a bit outdated, though) chipset clocked at 1.4 GHz along with an Adreno 306 GPU. It’ll be coming with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card slot.

The phone will be running on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). The phone offers an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front-facing shooter. The device will be supporting dual SIM and for the juice, it’ll come with a 2,800 mAh battery.
The Moto G4 Play comes in Black and White colors. The company says that the Moto G4 Play will be the most affordable smartphone in the Moto G series. The Moto G4 Play is priced at Rs. 8,999 and the sale starts from 10 PM today
