The most popular Indian Brand Micromax has revealed the entry level smartphone. After the success of Micromax Canvas Spark, the company launched the lower version of Spark. Yes! You heard it right, Canvas Spark 2 is the downgraded version of Canvas Spark. They even reduced the price from Rs 4999 to Rs 3999 which makes sense. Currently Micromax Canvas Spark is one of the best android phones under 5000.
Micromax Canvas Spark comes with a 5 Inch FWVGA Screen 854*480 pixels resolution. This time, it’s 5-inch device which is 3 inches larger than Canvas spark. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with 1.3 GHz quad core processor. The chipset is unknown ad most likely it will be Mediatek.
They reduced 8 GB Internal storage to 4 GB in the Canvas Spark 2. The MicroSd card storage is expandable up to 32 GB. There is no information about the RAM, will update later. A 5 MP fixed focus camera on the back and a 2 MP selfie camera. The Canvas Spark 2 packs 1800 mAh battery which is low for a 5-inch device. It supports only 3G and 2G along with WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
The registrations will start from 10 am, 23rd September and the first flash sale is on 30th September, 12 noon.
