Today, Micromax has announced its latest flagship Micromax Canvas 5. It is the upgraded version of Canvas Knight 2 which was released this year. It was way back in 2014, the Canvas 4 was launched. Lately, Micromax is quite lazy to announced its flagship devices.
The Canvas 5 packs 5.2 Inch 1080P Full HD display with 2.5D curved screen. The full lamination display is supported by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It’s the same old story with the chipset, it is powered by 1.3 GHz 64 Bit MediaTek MT6753 octacore processor with Mali-T720 GPU. Inside, it rocks in a 3 GB of RAM coupled with 16 GB of Flash storage. The MicroSD slot is expandable up to 64 GB.
Micromax Canvas 5 comes with Android Lollipop 5.1 which is upgradable Android Marshmallow. It has 13 MP rear camera with LED Flash and Samsung 3M2 sensor. For selfies, it has 5 MP camera on the camera. The Flagship device weighs about 143 grams running on 2900 mAh battery. It’s dual sim device with 4G LTE, 3G and 2G support.The Canvas 5 is priced at Rs 11,999 which is available in space gray and tan brown colors.
