Micromax has re-launched the most successful smartphone in Canvas series. The Canvas 2 2017 carries mediocre specs and falls way behind from its competition.
Micromax Canvas 2 2017 sports a 5″ Inch HD 2.5D glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The device runs on the latest Android Nougat 7.0 which is the only thing that’s new. It boasts a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor with 3 GB of RAM. Coming to the storage, it has 16 GB of ROM which is expandable up to 64 GB.
The Canvas smartphone gets a fingerprint sensor on the front. The phone shoots a 13-megapixel rear sensor and a 5-megapixel front sensor. It gets the juice from a 3050 mAh battery which is non-removable. The device supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and WiFi.
Micromax Canvas 2 2017 is priced at Rs 11999 which will be at offline stores across India. The company is offering 1 GB Free 4G data every data for one year for Airtel users. Also, the brand is giving one-year free screen replacement.
