Micromax Bharat 5 with 5.2-inch HD display and 5000mAH battery launched for Rs. 5555

Micromax has launched their new latest budget offering in the Bharat series as Bharat 5. The smartphone is made for a low-priced market with low at specifications. The company has also partnered with telecom company like Vodafone to offer 50GB data for those who grab a Bharat 5 and for the existing and new customers for Vodafone who purchases Bharat 5 will be getting a 1GB data and additional 10GB every month for 5 months.

The Micromax Bharat 5 sports a 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with expandable memory up to 64GB with a microSD card. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and has Dual Sim card support, It features a 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash. It boasts a 5000mAh battery.

The Bharat 5 will be available for a price tag of Rs. 5,555. It will be available across the country through offline retailers. Micromax is aiming to sell over 6 Million Bharat units by March 2018 and has also mentioned that it will launch Bharat 5 Pro and Bharat 5 Plus in the next two months.
