Mi Max 2 with 6.44-inch display, 5300mAh battery launched at Rs.16999 in India

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has launched today at an event in India. Mi Max has been the only phablet which did well in Indian markets. All though Mi Max has launched in India long ago, many users were waiting for Mi Max 2 and Mi 6, which was already launched in China.

Mi Max 2 sports a 6.44-inch full-HD display. The device is powered by an octa-core 2.0GHz Snapdragon 625 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU. It has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage with up to 256 GB of expandable memory with microSD. Mi Max 2 runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with MIUI on top. The device also features Dual-stereo speakers with the earpiece also as a speaker on the front.

The rear camera on this smartphone is a 12 MP f/2.2 aperture sensor with 1.25 µm pixel size which allows for more brightness and also has dual tone LED flash. On the front, you can find a 5 MP shooter with f/2.0 sensor. For the connectivity, the phone features a Type-C port on the bottom for charging and all the other essential sensors like fingerprint scanner are present.

The Mi Max 2 comes with a huge 5300 mAh battery which is said to last for long periods of usage and the device also supports fast charging 3.0. As of now, you can grab the device for a price tag of Rs. 16,999 and will be available on Offline and Online markets simultaneously.
