Huawei Mate 9 launch is around the corner and the latest rumours suggest that the device is going to be powered by 10nm Kirin 970 SoC, which is manufactured by their own. Most of the Huawei devices are powered by Kirin processors and they are optimised for great performance.
The Huawei devices such as Mate 9 and P10 are powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 970 SoC which is very powerful and will compete with the other leading brands such as Snapdragon 835 and Samsung Exynos 8895 in the performance wise.
The Kirin 970 processor with high-performance cores is based on ARM Cortex-A75 or Cortex-A73 architecture. The more efficient cores may actually be based on the Cortex A73 as to give great battery life and smooth experience.
