Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has announced their flagship smartphone for the year 2017 dubbed as Honor V10. The smartphone was announced at an event in China and has some significant features such as the 18:9 full-screen display with ultra narrow bezels and an i7 co-processor which is dedicated to neural network processing unit and is capable of Real-Time Scene and Object Recognition functionality with A.I selfie portraits and face unlock.
The Honor V10 sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution 18:9 FullView display. It is powered by an Octa-core Huawei Kirin 970 10nm chipset and i7 co-processor with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. Coupled with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. The device runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.0 on top.
The V10 features a Dual 16+20MP RGB and Monochrome sensors with an LED Flash and f/1.8 aperture on both. On the front, it has a 13MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and A.I selfie portraits, face unlocking capabilities. Other essentials such as 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC are present. It boasts a 3750mAh battery with fast charging.
The Honor V10 will be arriving in four different colors, Black, Aurora Blue, Gold and Red colors. It comes with a price tag of 2699 yuan (Rs. 26,350 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant and 2999 yuan (Rs. 29,280 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version. Another variant is also available for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage for a price of 3499 yuan (Rs. 34,165 approx.). The Honor V10 will be available for sale from December 5th in Chinese markets.
