Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 rumoured to come with Snapdragon 835 and 4GB RAM

Google’s upcoming flagships for this year 2017 are not so far to their launch date. There are some codenames for the smartphones which are “Walleye” and “Taimen”. So, it could be “Walleye” for Google Pixel 2 and “Taimen” for Google Pixel 2 XL.

Coming to the specs part, the Pixel 2 is tipped to sport a 4.97-inch Full HD, which is almost the same from the previous model Pixel. The design is said to be the same and there would be a bump up in the chipset area. They are going to use the latest Snapdragon 835 SoC with 4 GB of RAM and may come with a storage of 64GB. And, the next upgrade would be a stereo speakers on the device.

The Pixel XL 2 may sport a 5.99-inch display with a 1440p OLED panel by LG with smaller bezels on the sides. Many smartphones are doing the same so as the Pixel XL 2 too. There would be some minor design changes and nothing much to expect.

This device may run on Snapdragon 835 chipset with a 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The both flagship devices of Google are said to be manufactured by LG instead of HTC which manufactured the Pixel and Pixel XL last year.

The Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 are expected to in the month of October this year. Many more leaks are going to be seen about these devices. So, stay tuned to AndroidJunglee.
