Coolpad has done a great job with their Note series of smartphones. And now, they have announced a newer sibling in the Note lineup, the Coolpad Note 5 today at an event in India.
It comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) fully laminated display along with scratch-resistant glass for protection. We get an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz with Adreno 405 GPU with 4 GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Cool UI 8.0 on top of it.
We get a 32GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB with microSD. We get a Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD) option too here. It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a full metal unibody design and a fingerprint sensor on the back that can unlock the phone in 0.1 seconds. It comes up with a 4010mAh battery that promises up to 14 hours of talk time and up to 350 hours standby.
The Coolpad Note 5 comes in Royal Gold and Space Grey, is priced at Rs. 10,999 and will be available exclusively from Amazon.in via open sale from 18th October 2016.
