Asus has launched two new budget-centric smartphones in India the Asus Zenfone Max M1 and the Zenfone Lite L1. These phones are priced under Rs. 10,000 and house a Snapdragon chipset.
First, let’s talk about the Zenfone Max (M1), it sports a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. It also has a dedicated dual sim slot and a dedicated microSD card slot. The smartphone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with ZenUI 5.0 on top and backed up by a 4000mAh battery. The Zenfone Max (M1) packs a single camera of 13MP and a selfie camera of 8MP.
The Zenfone Lite L1 is very similar to the Zenfone M1 with some minor changes like it has less RAM which 2GB and storage are 16GB. It also doesn’t have any fingerprint scanner like the Zenfone M1 and packs a slightly smaller battery of 3000 mAh. On the camera side, it has a similar 13MP single shooter on the rear but it has a 5MP snapper on the front.
Both the phones come in Black and Gold colors and they are Flipkart exclusive. The Zenfone Lite L1 is priced at Rs. 6999 but in a festive offer, it is priced at Rs. 5999.
