Just a few months back Asus had announced the ROG Phone their first gaming phone. And recently Asus has started sending out invites for their Indian launch of the ROG Phone.
The first gaming phone from Asus comes under their ROG brand which is their premium gaming lineup of devices. The smartphone features a 6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED which has 90Hz refresh rate and also HDR compatible. It is also powered by a slightly faster variant of the Snapdragon 845 which is clocked up to 2.96GHz. The phone comes with up to 8gig of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
For gaming purpose, it has vapor cooling chamber for longer gaming sessions and to enhance the experience of gaming the ROG phone has different types of accessories like dual display dock, remote control dock and other things which might also launch along with the phone.
On the camera side, the ROG phone has a 12MP main shooter accompanied by an 8MP wide-angle secondary camera. For longer gaming session it is energized by a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support. For an immersive gaming experience, it has various software features and has designed just like a ROG Gaming laptop which also includes a glowing RGB logo at the back.
For official India pricing we have to wait till the November 29 but looks like it may not be a cheap phone and targeted towards a premium smartphone segment.
