Google finally released Android Lollipop 5.1 for its Android One Series. These devices will directly get Android 5.1 instead of Android 5.0. This might be the reason why Android One Phones got delayed update unlike Moto phones.

Wifi or 3G Network is preferable while updating your Android One Phone. All the three Android One Family phones will be receiving Lollipop update. The devices under Android One Program are Micromax Canvas A1, Karbonn Sparkle V and Spice Dream Uno. Eventhough Xolo One is not under Android one Series but still received Lollipop update before android one phones.
