As promised Honor is scheduling to roll out the Android Nougat 7.0 update for Honor 6X in Italy. It is expected to arrive in the month of May in India along with the latest EMUI 5.0.
Currently, Honor 6X is running on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 with EMUI 4.1. Yesterday, the company has announced Honor 8 Lite with Nougat out of the box. It seems the brand is more conscious of rolling out the latest updates.

The new EMUI for Honor 6X will be arriving next month, and it’s been updated based on consumer feedback. In case you or your team is planning a full review any time soon, it might be worthwhile to wait!
Expect the Android Nougat 7.0 update for rest of the honor devices during the same period.
